Our farm “ Greppo all’olivo” Which name comes from its settlement up on a little hill “ Greppo” ( in italian) in a very big olive trees plantation; It’s situated in the peaceful and sunny tuscan country far Only 4 km from the beautiful sandy beach of Marina di Castagneto , 700 mt far from Donoratico , a little village 60 km south of Livorno.

Our farm represents the perfect solution for spending a holiday with your family in tranquility relaxing in the nature. Hereditated from my grandfather known as “ Tuttocuore” and after a renovelation over the last 20 years, we have decided to realize in the past 1992 a farm house. The farm is composed by four apartaments , one of them is our home. The house has two floors : the ground and the first one, all around it there is the garden equipped by sunshades, sunchairs where you can relax yourselves reading a book or taking a sunnybath, tables and chairs where you can eat openair , a little swimmingpool where childrens and adults can take a bath refreshing theirselves and a game park with swing. In the farmyard there are two barbecues and every apartament has it own table and chairs.

At disposal a big living room “ Angolo Paradiso “ ( “ the Heaven corner”) with a reading corner with books in foreign languages also, some sofas , hoven ,tables and chairs . All our guests have at disposal football camp, ping pong , bicycles for children and adults , parking place someone covered also. Each apartament has a full equipped kitchen with pots ,silverwares, glasses,globets,cups for tea and coffee , dishes, toaster, mixer and dishcloths; In the living room there is the radio; every fridge has its own freezer . In the bathroom you can find hairdryer and towels. Bedlines , blankets and liderdowns, sunshades usable for the beach, outdoor clothshorses are at disposal. For children we have baby beds , highchair and bedlines .

In the main house the wi-fi connection is available . In the price is all included ( light, water, cleaning at the beginning and at the end, bedlines and towels). Children can visit with us our henhouse tending chickens and pigeons or going to visit Sirio the black horse of our neightbour. During the hot season , that means from June until September we rent apartements weekly from Saturday to Saturday.

You can take possession of your apartment from 2:00 p.m. of the arrival . You need to leave the apartament at 9:00 a.m at the departure day We remind you that pets are not accepted
