We produce ORGANICALLY grown olive oil certified by SOT ICEA Toscana B 199 dal 1993, wine, fruit and vegetables, all of which are available from the farm.

| Our olive-oil is appreciated for these qualities that chiefly characterize it: |

1. Our olive-trees are centuries old. Their deep roots bring the oil more mineral salts
2. The olive-grove lies on the hills of Castagneto Carducci facing the west and the scented sea breeze. It also enjoys the aromatic Mediterranean bush air.
3. The olives are pressed cold, : simple processing, combined with the particular soil and geographical features of the farm, gives the oil a perfume of Mediterranean grass along with its classic bitterish and pungent taste that qualifies true Tuscan oil.
4. Bottling immediately after pressing. Thus assuring that all the original richness of taste and vitamins is neither lost nor attenuated.
